Transfar Innovation Hub was designated as a national-level incubator in 2020, and its occupancy rate has consistently remained above 90% for several years. It primarily focuses on synthetic biology, cell and gene therapy (CGT), and related fields. As of now, it has successfully incubated over a hundred enterprises.

Biolinx represents a significant industrial collaboration in Zhejiang Province between Hangzhou Xiaoshan Innovation Polis Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and Transfar Group. The project focuses on advancements in synthetic biology, cell and gene therapy, and medical device technology. Its master plan includes a range of specialized spaces, such as a GMP-compliant area, detached production facilities, and high-rise office and R&D buildings, tailored to meet the compre-hensive needs of businesses at every stage from R&D to full-scale industrialization, thereby empowering enterprises to
achieve continuous innovation. At present, a number of headquarters projects have been introduced, represented by provincial-level experimental platforms, industry leading enterprises and quasi-unicorn enterprises such as Xianghu Lab, OSM, Santo Therapeutics, Yimuhe (Hangzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Hemiao Technology Co., Ltd. The agglomeration effect of the biotechnology industry has initially taken shape.

TechCore is an ecological science and innovation park with international characteristics. It advocates for an office concept of boundlessness, sharing, inclusiveness, openness and green development, dissolving the boundaries between work and life, breaking down enterprise silos, and promoting greater integration and vitality. Here, innovation has become a shared culture among the community.To date, the park has attracted more than 60 technology companies, including two listed companies, two quasi-unicorn enterprises, the Zhejiang headquarters of two Fortune Global 500 companies, and the headquarters of multiple National High-Tech Enterprises.

Located in the core area of Jiangnan Science and Technology City, Kaiying Lianli Industrial Park is exclusively operated by Transfar Innocity. Powered by AI + BioTech, the park has been designed to foster innovation through the integration of industry, academia, and research.
Purpose-built for high-growth technology companies, it provides flexible innovation space and specialized support services tailored to every stage of development—from startup and R&D to pilot-scale development. The park offers an ideal environment for accelerating innovation and commercialization.
The park has attracted a growing community of early-stage and pilot-scale companies, along with high-caliber entrepreneurial teams represented by Feiran Microtech and Youli Culture, forming a vibrant cluster of innovation-driven R&D enterprises.

THE RING·HANGZHOU is the first "THE RING" commercial development by Hongkong Land in Hangzhou. It is the largest mixed-use commercial complex in the Jiangnan Sci-Tech City district.
