Aligned with China's strategic priorities for emerging and future industries, Transfar Innocity focuses on embodied AI and advanced materials in the AI sector, alongside synthetic biology, cell and gene therapy, and medical devices in BioTech. The Hangzhou Synthetic Biology Pilot-Scale Validation Center, a National Biomanufacturing Pilot-Scale Platform, leverages Transfar Group's strengths in technological innovation, industrial development, platform operations, and project delivery. Focused on beauty and personal care, biopharmaceuticals, and functional foods, the center accelerates the commercialization of biomanufacturing technologies through an integrated platform spanning Proof of Concept (PoC), pilot-scale development, and small-scale manufacturing.
Developed through a pioneering public-private partnership, the center is China's first market-oriented biomanufacturing platform integrating the entire commercialization pathway. It has been officially recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) as a National Biomanufacturing Pilot-Scale Platform and appointed as a member of the Standardization Technical Committee for Manufacturing Pilot-Scale Testing.

The National Pilot Program for High-Quality Rural Revitalization is a flagship rural reform initiative jointly launched by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
